I tried this on an amped bass guitar while sidechaining the DI. Unfortunately, the learn function leads to completely different results across the song. 😢
There was. A brightness and a reverberant resonant room tone that was vintage and gritty… how would one copy the room tone from a snare recording such as that
Mostly, multimiking a guitar cab, bass DI and Amp (this one usually works better aligning the waveforms), misaligned samples, sometimes it is useful to mult and separate and phase disabling to fix horribly bad recorded guitars.
Again this is another example of attempting to fix issues after the errors are made. Don't make out of phase recordings in the 1st place and you don't need this module of Neutron. If you have out of phase issues simply re-record it
Thanks for the tutorial guys. Also, the background music is lovely!
The phase plugin is a Godsend. It's extremely useful in my workflow.
Thanks!

I’m intrigued, but I really need more examples in different scenarios before I’m convinced I need this

Looove this feature!
I've had real trouble getting this plugin to make any difference with vocal stacks that have bad phase correlation.

5:21 when he says headroom sounds like someone made a pitch down automation, sick
So, the only use for this plugin is if you are recording a real drum kit with a multi mic setup.
